The prices listed above are starting prices and apply per person per day plus € 4.00 local tax per adult per day.
For stays of less than 5 nights, we charge a short stay surcharge.
The apartment prices are based on occupancy by 5 persons. We charge a surcharge for the 6th person.
Final cleaning of the apartment: € 70.00
When booking, we request a deposit of € 250.00 per person or 40% of the total cost of the stay.

All our services are based on the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) as amended.
